KZCO, inc. will warranty all new I-OpenR’s purchased and used on a non-lease basis against defective material and/or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of its first use.  If the I-OpenR is purchased by a waste contractor who in turn leases it to their customer, KZCO’s warranty against defective material and/or workmanship will be for a period of FIVE YEARS from date of its first use.   Any defective part will be repaired or replaced at KZCO’s option, at no charge, providing the owner returns the defective unit to KZCO (pre-paid) along with a factory issued Return Authorization Number and briefly describe the problem.  THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION, NEGLECT, ACCIDENT, MISUSE, OR AS A RESULT OF SERVICE OR MODIFICATION BY OTHER THAN AN AUTHORIZED KZCO CENTER.

All costs of removing and re-installing the product are the owner’s responsibility.  KZCO will not pay for shipping charges incurred in sending the defective product to KZCO, but will pay for standard ground UPS return shipment.  This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of KZCO.  In no event shall KZCO be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature, or losses or expenses resulting from any defective product or the use of any product.  The repair or replacement of a product is the owner’s exclusive remedy.  This warranty gives the owner specific legal rights, and the owner may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.  All items returned for warranty consideration must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number available only from KZCO.  Phone: (402) 944-2767.
